Fee for non-medical services - 300,- CZK/ paid by the patient
at a visit once every 6 months

OCT examination with o. o. description - 300,- CZK/ 1 eye

Contact lens application, trial pair, application solution, case - 650,- CZK

Plastic surgery of eyes and eyelids:

Upper eyelid surgery - 13.000,- CZK

Lower eyelid surgery - 13.000,- CZK

Upper and lower eyelid surgery simultaneously - 22.000,- CZK
