we would like to inform you that with effect from 1 January 2024 our non-state medical facility on-line 24 s.r.o.has changed the amount of the fee for administrative data processing and reception services.The fee will be collected in one lump sum in the amount of 800,- CZK/year. The option to pay the fee for ½ year is hereby cancelled.
In addition, a so-called cancellation fee for unexcused absence from an appointment in the amount of CZK 1000 is introduced . An unexcused absence is a situation where the patient fails to make an appointment (in person, by phone or by e-mail) within 48 hours before the appointment. appointment. Administrative fees do not apply to:

• clients who also pay for one of the individual care programmes
• clients over 80 years of age
• clients under 18 years of age
• disabled pensioners of 2nd and 3rd degree
• 1st degree disability pensioners have a 50% discount /fee 400,- CZK/year
• for clients proving themselves with a certificate of material need

Administrative fee /explanation:

• This is to cover the costs of activities of an administrative and organisational nature.
